Libraries Drop In



  • Krunch youth workers provide weekly after schools activities for young people at two libraries
  • These sessions are aimed at building relationships with young people, offering them positive activities to get involved in as well as introducing them to other services the library offers
  • Activities: gaming consoles, table tennis, playing cards and board games

Tuesdays 3.30 - 5.30
Smethwick Library, High Street, Smethwick

Thursdays 3.30 - 5.30
Bleakhouse Library, Bleakhouse Road, Oldbury



  • Young people aged 11-16 years
  • Those who will benefit from positive activities including those who find difficult with socialisation in group settings
  • Those at risk of antisocial behaviour

  • All Krunch staff undergo an enhanced CRB check and Safeguarding Training
  • Krunch has public liability insurance, a current Safeguarding Policy, Health and Safety risk assessed workshops and many of our staff are First Aid trained
